The roll of the Senate was called and showed nineteen members present. Senator Taylor moved that SENATE BILL NO. 56 am H An Act relating to tourist oriented directional signs that are 90 inches in width and 18 inches in height, relating to penalties for violations related to outdoor advertising, and annulling a regulation of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities become law notwithstanding the governors veto. Representative Masek moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Representative Masek was required to vote. The question being Shall SENATE BILL NO. 56 am H become law notwithstanding the Governors veto?
